    Flat Place Names: Printed: These are printed with your guest’s name on one side and the theme design on the reverse. They are 85mm x 55mm and printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. Blank: These are printed with the theme design on both sides of the card, with a space on one side for you to handwrite your guests’ names yourself. They are 85mm x 55mm and printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. Folded Place Names: Printed: These are printed with your guest’s name on one side and the theme design on the reverse. They are 90mm x 45mm and printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. They are scored across the middle, making them easy for you to fold. Blank: These are printed with the theme design on both sides of the card, with a space on one side for you to handwrite your guests’ names yourself. They are 90mm x 45mm and printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. They are scored across the middle, making them easy for you to fold.

  • Table Plan

    Invite your guests to their seats for your wedding breakfast with a beautiful, eye-catching table plan. All you need to do is send us the names or numbers of each table, with a list of who will be sitting at each one. You can choose whether to print your table plan onto a poster or onto a Foamex board.
    Information About Options
    Table Plan Poster: The Table Plan Poster is printed on high quality 120gsm paper with a matt finish, and you can choose from A1 or A2 size. Your poster will arrive rolled in a cardboard tube. (How many tables fit onto A1/A2 size?) Table Plan Board: The Table Plan Board is printed onto 3mm Foamex, which gives it a rigid structure, and makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. You can choose between A1 or A2 size. (How many tables fit onto A1/A2 size?)

    Displaying table names or numbers helps your guests to know which table is theirs. They are printed with the name or number of the table on both sides of the card, so everyone will know where to go! Table numbers can be written either in numeric form (1, 2, 3) or word form (One, Two, Three). Please type the names or numbers of each table in the space below, exactly as you want them to appear on the cards.     If you would like specific people to sit in particular seats at your wedding ceremony, you can reserve their seat with one of these signs. They are left blank for you to write your guests’ names in yourself. The Reserved Seat Signs are printed on high quality 300gsm textured card and can be A5 or A6 size.

    Our Table Plan Cards give you great flexibility when it comes to displaying your table plan. Hang them with pegs from string, place them on a rustic wooden pallet or ladder, whatever you like! Included with the cards is a complimentary title card with your names and wedding date on. The cards can be either A5 or A6 size and are printed on high quality 300gsm textured card.

  • Menu

    Get your guests’ mouths watering with a menu to show them what’s in store for your wedding breakfast. Our menus are printed with the menu on both sides, in case you would like to display them upright in the middle of the table. The menus are printed on high quality 300gsm textured card and you can choose between A5 and A6 size. Please see our pricing structures, which are categorised into two sections, as the pricing differs depending on whether you need a small amount of menus (one or two per table) or a large amount (one per guest).

  • Order of Service

    Orders of Service let your guests know the running order of your wedding ceremony. You can choose from several different options, as outlined below:
    Information About Options
    Flat Order of Service: This would be the perfect option for you if you don’t have too many details to include in your order of service. It will be printed double-sided, with the words ‘Order of Service’, your names and the date, time and venue of your wedding on the front and the running order of the ceremony on the reverse. The Flat Orders of Service are A5 size and are printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. Folded Order of Service: The folded option will have the words ‘Order of Service’, your names and the date, time and venue of your wedding on the front, the running order of the ceremony on the two inside pages and the theme design on the back. The Folded Orders of Service are A5 size and printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. Order of Service Cover: This will be the front and back folded cover for your order of service, with the words ‘Order of Service’, your names and the date, time and venue of your wedding on the front, and the theme design on the inside two pages and the back page. This merely acts as a cover for your order of service – you will need to print out and insert your own pages with the running order of your ceremony inside. This option would be perfect for you if you need to wait until closer to the ceremony date to confirm your order of service, as it means you can ensure you have the cover in plenty of time, and print out the inner pages when it is convenient for you. The Order of Service Covers are A5 size and printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. Order of Service Cover with Inserts: This will be the cover for your Order of Service as detailed above, but we will also print out and insert the inner pages for you. You can choose the amount of pages you want to have inside the cover, between a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 20 inner pages. You will need to send us the details of what will be printed on the inner pages – we will contact you to ask for these details once we have received your order. The Order of Service Covers with Inserts are A5 size, the outer cover is printed on high quality 300gsm textured card and the inner pages are printed on luxury 150gsm textured paper.

    Save the Date Postcards – The Save the Date Postcards are A6 size and are printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. They will have your names and the date of your wedding on one side and a blank space for you to write your guests’ names and addresses on the reverse, with a space for a stamp. Save the Date with envelope: The Save the Dates with envelopes are A6 size and are printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. They will have your names and the date of your wedding on one side, with the theme design on the reverse. They come with rustic brown kraft paper envelopes. Save the Date with envelope and label: As above, but they also come with labels in your chosen theme for you to write your guests’ names and addresses on. Please note: The labels will arrive printed on a sheet of …, for you to peel and stick onto the envelopes yourself. Save the Date Magnet with envelope: The Save the Date Magnets are A6 size and will have your names and the date of your wedding on one side, with a magnetic covering on the reverse. With this option, your guests can stick your Save the Date to their fridge, making sure they don’t forget the date of your special day! They come with a rustic brown envelope for you to write your guests’ names and addresses on yourself. Save the Date Magnet with envelope and label: As above, but they also come with labels in your chosen theme for you to write your guests’ names and addresses on. Please note: The labels will arrive printed on a sheet of …, for you to peel and stick onto the envelopes yourself. .

  • Winter Invitation

    Let your guests know all the details of your special day! All of our stationery options are printed on high quality 300gsm textured card. 
    Invitation Options
    Flat Invitation – These invitations are 148mm x 148mm square and will have your names on the front and the details of your wedding on the reverse. They come with rustic kraft paper envelopes. Folded Invitation – The folded invitations are perfect for those who would like to include a bit more information for their guests. Like the flat invitations, they are 148mm x 148mm square. They will have your names printed on the front, the theme design on the back, and the details of your wedding on the inside right page. The inside left page can be personalised however you wish; you may want to include a poem or a note about wedding gifts, further details about the venue or accommodation options.  The folded invitations also come with rustic kraft paper envelopes. If a folded invitation isn’t quite big enough for all the information you want to share with your guests, you could always add an information card from the options below!
    Extras
    RSVP Postcards – The RSVP Postcards are A6 size and will be printed with the RSVP details on one side and your address on the reverse, so your guests can send them back to you easily. RSVP Cards with Envelopes – These RSVP Cards are also A6 size and will be printed with the RSVP details on one side and the theme design on the reverse. They will come with rustic kraft paper envelopes to return them in. You can choose to leave the envelopes blank for your guests to write your address on, or you can order address labels which are pre-printed with your address. Information Cards –  If you have lots of information to share with your guests about your big day, for example, details about the venue, local accommodation options, dress code or travel options, you may wish to add an information card (or two!) to your order. These can either be printed with your information on one side and the theme design on the reverse, or they can include your information on both sides of the card, depending on the amount of information you wish to share.
    Finishing Touches
    String and Tags – You may wish to add rustic brown string and a tag with your initials and wedding date, to give the invitations a beautiful finishing touch. The tags will be hole-punched in order for you to thread the string through and attach them to your invitations. Please note, the string will arrive in one continuous piece, and you will need to cut it into 90cm lengths to wrap around your invitations. Address labels – For an extra lovely touch, you can add address labels for your envelopes, rather than writing your guests’ addresses directly onto the envelope. The labels are designed in the same theme as your invitations and are printed on 170gsm gloss sticker paper. The labels will arrive with … labels per sheet, for you to peel off and adhere to your envelopes. Envelope liners – For another extra special touch, envelope liners can be added to your order. They are designed in the same theme as your invitations and are printed on 120gsm paper. Please note, the envelope liners will arrive separate from the envelopes and you will need to stick them in. Envelope stickers – For that finishing touch, these round stickers can be stuck onto the back of your envelope. The stickers are designed in the same theme as your invitations and are printed on 170gsm gloss sticker paper. Please note, the stickers will arrive with … stickers per sheet, for you to peel off and adhere to your envelopes.
